New to this form and have some questions about a replacement seat I've got from ebay.  So looking for more adjustment on the drivers seat I got a 8way seat from ebay, but on delivery they were damaged not bad damaged.  I am asking how do to replace the electric seat switches on the side,  I've tried tugging at the surrounds but does seem to come away, and wld anybody know how much  replacement switches etc would cost for the seat.

 

 

Hi, If you look under the rear of the seat,that plastic trim is held on by a screw from the inside and screws into the plastic lower down. You need to be in the rear with the front seat forward. You can then lift and unhook the front.That is how mine is on 2006 tdci leather interior. No idea of price of switches but may just need contact cleaner?

Well I do get a chance to looking and the switch looks fine, so just need to find the price for a replacement toggle.  Toggle or whatever you call that plastic part you touch on the button.
