Ford mondeo 2013 sound system

Featured Replies

Hi all.

I am based in Australia. I have just bought a Ford Mondeo 2013 LX Tdci. Bought it at the auctions so couldn't test the sound system. I  have owned a lancer and a cruze cdx before this. The sound system on the mondeo is a ford 6000 cd which is really not upto the mark. I am looking to upgrade the speakers but not sure if this will improve the sound or i have to change the head unit too. Has anyone felt the same way about the sound as i do and have done any sort of upgrades . Pls advise as i just loved the sound on my previous cars, but mondeo is a better car overall, just need to fix the sound :)
