    How do I know the firmware has updated correctly? Been sat the the engine running for about 30 minutes now

    Your model doesn't do firmware updates separately if you are referring to the SatNav system. You either have to buy a new SD card or a new DVD depending or which version you have. The new files will be contained on the SD card (or DVD)

    not sure I doubt an update locks it to germany forget the words u see on hire cars, but its going to be related to these
