2005 2.0 TDCI Problems

Any help please,I have had the dreaded glow plug coming and cutting out at the 70 mph mark for a while cleaned the EGR valve did not cure it, so I fitted a new one, still cutout, bought a U480 scanner but could not find any codes even when i plugged it in straight after it cutout, while in Norfolk the other week it started to falter pulling through the gears and a couple of times cutout then. I took it to a garage and they found a code relating to the metering valve, but the mechanic did say how good the engine ticked over and did not the injectors were faulty.

Now on the way back to Cornwall the car did cut out at the magic 70 mph once but after a stop at the services I pulled out and it cutout but restarted then after a few hundred yards more it cut out and would not restart so I pulled into a lay by and the car would turn but not restart,I did check to see I had put Diesel in the tank. I got recovered to home and did get a code on my U480 of P0251 injection metering valve ? now I have got a new metering valve a new cam sensor and fitted them and the car will still not start ???? been through the Haynes manual and cannot work it out, any help please ??

P0251= injection pump A rotor fault engine control module..

P0251 is a fault in the rail pressure of the common rail.
This code comes as the rail pressure has a dip of at least 80 bar/1160 lbs
This could indicate a leaking injector (s) through which the pressure drops too much.

Just a thought...
