Mondeo heating fan

Featured Replies

Mark 3 04 2.0 diesel tdci has anyone got any ideas why the radiator fan comes on when I turn the heating fan on in the car as I can't get the inside of the car warm as the radiator fan is cooling the engine water ? When I turn the heater fan off the radiator fan turns of after a few seconds

Are you sure the Aircon isn't coming in too ? This usually makes the engine secondary fan come on to cool the aircon rad more.
