Creaking Seat

Featured Replies

Hi everyone

I have a 2015 Titanium Ecoboost with standard manual seats.

My drivers seat every now and then creaks on movement like when I'm changing gears.

It does my head in as I hate rattles or creaks in cars.

Is there anything I can check or possibly lubricate to stop it ? Is it a common thing ?

Thanks

I think you'll find its the seatbelt buckle creaking again the seat. Try placing a tyre of sponge between the seat and the buckle. It worked for me in my mk4.5.

Thank You ..... I'll give that a try .
