I am wondering if it is possible and easy enough to remove the leather cover from a broken headrest and swap it onto a cloth covered one, as my drivers side head rest is lose and wobbles and I can't justify the cost of a replacement leather one. Even at ebay prices.

    Your only way is slightly rip the stitching & remove the leather cover. You may have to re stitch later which i'm sure their will someone that will do it for you.
