Auto lights and wipers

Featured Replies

90% of the time the auto lights and wipers on my 2009 Titanium estate work as I would like.  The lights often don't turn on when needed in fog but I can understand that is difficult to detect.  However they sometimes seem to have a brainstorm, on say, a dry sunny day the wipers and lights will suddenly come on and the only way to stop is to turn lights to manual for perhaps 5 minutes and wipers to manual for 1 minute.  It's as if the computer has decided it is pouring with rain and there is no way to restart the program.  Even stopping and turning off the engine does not fix the issue.  Do other people have this issue or have I got a loose connection to a sensor ?
