Hi All,

New comer to this forum.

I have owned quite a few fords, but my latest Mondeo Titanium 1.8 tdci is really testing my patience.

I bought this 2008 about 11 months ago, had only done 40000 miles, so i knew, turbo would need refurbishing as the previous owner, only went short distances.

So turbo got clogged up. Repaired this, and now i have a fault with starting. fault diagnosis showed EGR fault, removed the solenoid to find the locating pin has a roller fallen off.

I have searched loads on the web but cannot find even a name for it, or replacement part , it would be a bit extreme to have to buy a new EGR unit, when all i need is this pin .

Any suggestions would be most welcome
