Weird electrical problem

Featured Replies

Ok this is weird.

My start stop will only work if my fan is off or its on and the heater is on.

Also sometime for some reason the auto climate is on and so is the ac, heater  and fan all at the same time.

Two strange problems.

Hope someone can shed some light on this.

Regards.

I find my start stop doesn't kick in if the air con is on.  Keeping that going will draw a lot of juice from the battery if the engine isn't running so that's understandable.

@iantt has a post somewhere with a battery monitoring reset procedure which might solve the problem if the car thinks the battery has less juice than it has but tbh I don't think that will make any difference.

I don't quite understand your second problem...
