Can people confirm that they are still getting the same problem where the drop-down don't work when you press the + or ''more details on this car''

So you only can see a small amount of details.

I have had e-mail from Etis saying its all working fine.

Still not working for me

Your one of the few,i wish mine would work.

Doesn't work for me on IE, Edge, Chrome or Firefox.
I even updated Java and Flash just in case with no change.

Worked for me when I registered

Yes what Browser are you using for it to work,i have tried chrome and firefox and i have no drop down.

Ok do you have to set up an account know and log in to get more info,never did this before.

no setup

Just tried Edge and still no drop down.

Tried it with VIN number as well as Reg,every + dont open any drop down for any more info and it states that there is more info.

still not working for me either,tried chrome edge and firefox.

also registered didn't work either.

I have e-mailed them back so we will see.

Got it working.

Had to register as an independent operator but all good now.

How to do it-

Click "Login or Register" at top right of screen-

Click "Register as an IO"-

Read the long disclaimer and click "I Accept" at the bottom-

Enter your personal details and select a user name and password then click "Register"-

Fill in the "Tax Details" page that follows-

Job done and Etis is now fully accessible again-

Its weird as when i go onto the up-date page it comes up to press start to download.

So i checked the summery with the dates and numbers etc and all got done on 2011 which was when the car was new.

If anyone wants to put my reg in and see if im looking at it wrong feel free,i will send it.

That only works if you have a paid licence and an authorised interface afaik.

I got the same error message.

To get access to the full ETIS info for your car then you need to register with the site and then be logged in when you request your cars details.
