i have mondeo ecoboost titnaium model 2012 (240hp)

when i gently step on the gas Pedal the car accelerat nice and smooth, but if i squeeze the pedal the car is choking and the rev is stucking at 4000 rpm or so and the speed is increase very slow, it happens in every speed, what can be problem. the previous owners replace the angin 1.5 years ago and the turbo 10 month ago.
