Hi all, new here and just ordered my new focus titanium. I was wondering if anyone knows how to track the delivery of it? It’s apparently in the country at Dagenham but I wondered if anyone knows a way of tracking it to the dealer as he can’t tell me when it will be arriving? The cotus site brings up nothing with my vin and the Etis site just tells me the model and that’s it. Any info would be really appreciated

    Unfortunately only the dealer can track it for you.

    There's a bit of a backlog on delivering cars to the dealerships right now.

    I'm currently waiting on my new ST which should have been ready to collect last week, but due to late delivery to the dealers it's happening some time this week instead.

    Literally just rang my dealers and waiting for a call back.
