mondeo nx head unit ipod connection stopped working

Hi all 

just joined the forum 

i was hoping for some help i have 2008 ford Mondeo titanium x tdci with the nx nav unit and a few days ago the connection with my iPhone 

stopped working via the USB port the phone still charges but wont appear as iPod for music and i cant seem to get Bluetooth music streaming to work since ive had the car so have been using via USB cable 

has anyone had this problem before ?

any help would be greatly appreciated :smile:
