I’ve got a 2016 Mondeo and the courtesy in the light glovebox appears to be approximately 1W and illuminates precisely nothing.

Are they all like that?

    I think it's the position of the light in the glove box,.

    My MK4 light only lights up the front, the back is still in darkness.

    Do what i did and stick a led strip along the inside top of the glovebox, you cant see the strip but it illuminayes the whole box
