New Fiesta eco 1.0 induction kit problem help

First of all I would like to say Hi to everyone, cool forum loads of guides and help and some awesome machines in here

 

I purchase a 17 plate fiesta ecoboost 1.0 zetec in December on a 17 plate 5 door

couldnt resist purchasing the full J1 induction kit

it finally arrived and fitted but I have a slight problem and was wondering if anyone could help or advise

the MAF sensor on the OEM airbox is round but the socket on the induction kit is square so I have a problem right ?

is there any advise you can give or help as I am a little stuck I purchased a square one off Ebay (hasn't arrived yet) would this be ok to use instead of the round one has anyone else come across this problem

    Spoke to Stephen at J1 Automotive today he advised that my model doesn't have a filter kit made yet, I will be sending him my OEM filter box so they can build a prototype for this model which is really cool. looks good for the future and thanks J! for being so cool about it.

     

     

    I will update the post when something gets resolved or if I hear anything else
