air con comressor not turning/spinning
hi guys dont worry il try make this short 😄 just took my car to get air con service and the mechanic told me the air con compressor isnt turning. he said that i would need a new compressor. just had a quick research on the net and few websites says it could be the fuse. i have replaced the number 10 fuse but what is the chance that the relay has gone? could anyone tell me what other things to look for please? just had a look around for compressors and they are well

Have had my 2018 diesel mondeo for about 6 months now. About 2 months ago it start idling strangely but only intermittently. Every day or two it revs from the usual ~800rpm to just under 1000 up and down over and over for a few minutes and then a few minutes later goes back to normal - a nice steady 800rpm. While it's doing the uneven idle, fuel consumption is almost double as well. This is happening regardless of if the auto-stop is turned on so often what it does is that it idles unevenly

Hi, I have an S-max 2.0 tdci 2013 powershift, which is leaking oil from the gearbox plastic cover and possibly the main oil seal, i recently purchased the car, which as warranty and the gearbox was refurbished. They are going to book in to reseal the plastic cover. my concern is how much damage will be done, should it be fully stripped and checked ? i'm hoping they will redo the main oil seal at the same time. @TrevorB can you advise ? also have a real big delay when pulling

I’ve been having a few issues with my focus some I’ve got sorted others not so. The most recent one is the car not starting I get a Transmission malfunction and a strange creaking noise from the passenger side door area when attempting to start the car. Does anyone know if this is separate issues or the same problem any help would be massively appreciated The car is 2009 Focus Style 1.6 thanks in advance.

Ford Focus Club 4Openreach anchored next door's phone line to my building !
Openreach installed a new phone cable (from the pole) into the shop next door to mine but anchored it onto my building without asking me. Even worse their line runs in front of our flat roof which we regularly have to access and it's very much in the way because have to climb under or over it to get up there. I am tempted to just cut it down but that would then mean our neighbour would have no phone or internet! I have asked them to try and get it moved but they do not seem that bothered about
