i normally dont start a build thread but was asked so thought why not!

The car is a 1.8tdci style - complete boggo whe i bought it

so, with the help of the super guides found on this and other forums i have managed to get it looking better. Plus with the help of my bargain hunting skills on ebay/multiple forums i'm on i have modified it.

BBS CH 19" Alloys (replica's)

Focus RS Roof spoiler (fibreglass copy)

Carbon Fibre Gloss effect bonnet trim

Zetec S Lower Spoiler

then came the harder mods where if it went wrong then i'd be in the dog house

Bonnet Vents painted gloss black fitted

Boost Pod - used an original boost pod and made my own gauge holder - this is still not finished yet as i may opt to change and put in a 5" screen/tablet!

10" Vibe Sub/Amp combo into a Stealthboxz

Replaced Black bonnet vents with Carbon look ones

Carbon look wing vents

ST Rear Bumper with 2 x 4" Milltek Exhaust trims fitted

Side Skirts fitted and replaced the Zetec S front bumper with an ST one

Also fitted Heko wind deflectors

Milltek black trim replaced with 2 x 4" Double Skinned Stainles Steel trims

wow the car has come a long way fella and loving what you have done looks very nice

thanks for the kind words peeps. project RS style diffuser is being built today. i shall say fibreglass is a pain in the *ss when it doesnt want to work....

sal how have you mounted your exhaust tips dude?

I have a pipe running across the rear to which the tips are mounted and this is mated to the exhaust system

So they are dummy tips or working?

Fully working mate

The original exhaust connects to the centre of that rear pipe so it smokes together

How much did it cost to do? I wanna get a similar set up. Your local ish to me arent you, can you hook me up?

im liking the flaps fella its all looking very nice

I really liked the look of the RS rear diffuser and couldnt find one and was told the RS one wont fit the ST bumper so had a think about what i could do.

I then purchased a 2nd ST rear diffuser and cut out bits so that when placing 2 together it would create an RS look diffuser.

A couple of shots so you get the idea!
