DONFRAMAC
The Mk 6/6.5 Fiestas seem to be well described in the Haynes manual. You strip off the mirror controls/covers + trim at the other corner of the doors, then remove the door-cards, but no need to disturb the vapour seal, etc. With the door-cards gone, the speaker grille's screw fixings are clearly visible. Unscrew them and take off the grille units to get to the Speakers and their fixings. Undo the fixings, and the speaker drivers are loose in your hands, and a plug at the back. Fit the plug to the Pioneers (3-way units, 6"x8" for £60 a pair from Ford), and refit, perhaps with the aid of some "no-nails" to stick them as well as the screws:-- then refit the door-cards etc. I wouldn't like to disturb the vapour seal to install some door-stiffening material, which would tighten up the base notes. There is an active sub-woofer available from Ford which, I think is for fitting below the front passenger's seat.
