Aside from the fact that at most you would need an adapter "the opposite" of what you tell me, i.e. AUX input and USB output, I had clearly specified that I was not interested in hearing "use Bluetooth" (or use USB - which is the same thing).
I would like to activate the AUX input on the SYNC2, thanks anyway

The easiest place to take the MS can is from the heater module. If I remember rightly it's the blue plug.  Pin 18 grey & orange on the heater module goes to pin 16 on the sync module.  P

Ah yes, I sent you a link for the opposite. Sorry about that. How about this one.

ENVEL Headset Adapter 3.5mm Female to USB Male,Built-in Chip External Stereo Sound Card,TRRS 4-Pole Mic-Supported USB to Headphone Adapter for PS4 Laptop PC&More (Black) : Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories

When I upgraded my sync 2 I used the Focus usb hub which doesn't have the aux port. There are two different types for the Focus, one is a 4 pin connector and the other is 8 pin. I am not sure if the one with 8 pins has the aux port.  The one for the Kuga has the aux port, sd card slod and 2 x usb's. You would need to get a usb hub from a Kuga which has a 12 pin connector and then make the additional wiring connections to make the aux port work.

I have the pin out for the Kuga usb media hub if you need it.

Thanks Martin, that could be the adapter, we need to understand if it works, that is, if it is recognized by SYNC2.
What I need is not knowing where to connect the wires of the AUX socket, I know that very well, I have all the wiring diagrams, what I need is to enable the AUX function in SYNC2, that is, to make the Line-in or AUX input button appear in the list of multimedia sources...

Hi you could also use the hub from a mk5 mondeo, like this one and yes it works on the focus. Hope it helps17365448593876187644598943108798.thumb.jpg.7cd45b166db7b8fae25baeea09f328be.jpg
