😲

I'll find you another one, it worked on ETIS

The first part is WF0NXX, the "0" is a zero not a letter O

That VIN worked Dave all I can think of is that when I 1st put it in I copied & pasted, (didn't like it for some reason) this time I typed it in all good, cheers.

Great.

Please just do the code changes one by one, so that if it ***** anything up, you can quickly change that code back and move on to the next one.

Back up the standard config too.

Let me know how you get on, I do hope it works

Thanks for all your help, this might take me some time but if/when It happens you will be the 1st to know, cheers Dave take care.

Hi Dave, I have come to a decision  re changing the IPC codes to see if I can get some gauges working, the more I delve into it the scarier it gets I'm going to wait for a year or so until more info appears about my Focus, there are a lot of codes/data on the vehicle VIN you sent me that are very different to mine & which ones to change to get the desired result I just don't know, what I have done is down load an app called "Car Scanner" for Android phones it allows a dash to be  set up & you can add as many gauges as you want & they look really good to, that will do until I am more confident with what to do in Forscan, cheers.

The best thing to do at the moment until you get confident is use Forscan and practice saving the "asbuilt" file for each and every module. You can do no harm just saving the asbuilt files and it is always good have a full set of saved files just encase something goes wrong in the future.

Hi John,

Just before you do give up, have you registered on the Forscan forum, I know people have been playing with this on there and at least you may be able to fine out which of the different codes relate to performance screen.

As Unofix said, if you back up your standard configuration before you start, you can't really go wrong, if you add a feature that isn't supported then nothing will happen anyway and if it does go ***** up you can just reload standard and be back to normal

Thanks Dave & unofix, I have backed up/ saved my "AS BUILT" data & I am on the FORscan site having read heaps of stuff on changing different functions but  as yet still have not found a great deal on what I want to change (especially being that my Focus is so new) but will certainly keep looking it will happen at some stage!😊

OK, how about getting the VIN for a UK RHD ST, downloading the config files from Ford and loading them onto yours.

Something daft must be missing.

Have you asked Ford why they are not there, but they are on Europe spec?

I'll PM you a UK VIN

Hi Dave

Just seen this conversation, do you know if it is possible to set the digital IPC display in a 2021 UK Focus ST to show the sport mode theme in all drive modes?
thanks for any advice

I don't know I'm afraid, you could connect and see if it's an option
