At night the screen is bright but everything is more than visible to the sides and at the rear of the car.

Will try to take a picture if possible as and when.

Quite happy with my camera at night. Just tried getting a shot of the screen using the tablet I'm on at the mo - turned out to be quite difficult to hold it still enough. Anyway, in reality the view through the camera is better than the attached pic!

Not unbearably bright and picture is good.

Mines an 08 mk6.5, and heated windscreen, auto folding mirrors, automatic headlights and automatic wipers and an aux connector are just great, I also *think* the seats are leather, the standard sound system is very good as well, much better than the factory fit sub and amp my 2002 Volvo V40 se has, I was really impressed.

So would I be if mine looked like that at night, that's about what it looks like during the day on mine.

At night there is nothing in 3/4 of the image just a bright round sun of light that fades to the outer edges. Something like the pic I have attached, I used your image and photoshopped it to resemble my view

Certainly doesn't! Daylight shot taken earlier this year for comparison.
