Under the passenger headlight , After seeing a few vids this junction box?? seems to have a lid or some kind of door that looks like its open.

theres a pretty significant plug on top and a large piece of loom goes in there.

Haynes is beyond useless

Tbh i dont really want to get in there but what is it and is that door thing meant to be open?

I need to replace the plug terminals in the turbo actuator plug. 3 plugs or females inside as in picture above.

Does anyone know what type of connectors these are and where to get them?

Ran forscan and reset all the PCM modules. at the moment the limp mode has gone away but the engine light comes on with P245A error after 4 cycles.

One of the the DPF bank temp sensors is reading 900 degrees so i think this needs replacing as it will not complete a static regen. goes through the proceedure revs for a couple of seconds then goes into cool down phase.

I gave the car a good thrashing for about 50 miles and have found that it has no power below 3500 rpm indicating the turbo is knackered.  going with a reman on this eventually and i want to replace the boost solenoid too.

Did an oil and filter change and new air filter too.

Might pull the EGR off again and try and stop the squeaking noise as im wondering if this is causing some resistance and pinging the DTC.

New turbo cartridge fitted and still got the original problem now with a turbo actuator error saying the actuator is stuck.

Does anyone know what the voltage should be to the EGR cooler solenoid? 2 pins and at the moment its 2 volts.

And Can anyone confirm where each of these pipes should go to the EGR cooler solenoid please? trying to trace a possible leak.

Ive got a grey pipe which goes to a T piece and vacuum pump.

A black that goes to the EGR cooler flap diaphragm

And a black that goes to a T piece and off to the Turbo solenoid.

I am assuming the union with the green oring goes to the EGR cooler diaphragm.

Thanks
