Do know Walkers crisps and other charities have been recycling their and other makes of crisp bags & outer packaging for years, all you need to do is not bin them but collect enough up to a good amount and send the lot off to Walkers! Its Freepost, so if you want to cut waste, then post the bags off to Walkers, trouble is not many know of such schemes as its never on the TV or any papers, maybe they should to get everyone aware what 'TerraCycle' does.

As for the other question about the nappies....Yes.

Anyway Tom, not looking for arguments, just a bit of banter 🎅

People are lazy buggers though...me included!  I could save up my crisp packets and take them to a nearby primary school where there's a Terracycle bin, but I don't.  They should be kerbside recyclable really.  Plus, I'm not sure a weird, single guy with no kids walking into a primary school is an ideal scenario!

I'm not looking for arguments either, just trying to be more aware of the environment and the plastic I use now, especially where it's not *easily* recyclable.   Interestingly, all of our local household waste is incinerated to create power, so it's no longer land-filled which removes some of the guilt...
