Focus Ghia 1.6 2007 water in space of the spark plugs

I found a water in space where is spark plugs. I remove that water but after one week l found again. In cooling system is antifreeze and water what l found is clean like from rain. From top of side of velve cover seems not posible that water came from that side. Does anybody has idea what can be. Thanks guys.

    Buy revised washer jets or seal around existing ones it’s a pain if you leave it long term

    Purchase the Volvo engine cover as per the thread linked by @eddie eastwood and it won't matter if your washer jets leak, any fluid will run harmlessly off the engine cover instead of sitting in the spark plug ports.

    It is problem on wash jet. I order new wash jet and l will replace it. Thanks guys
