How is it their fault?

If wozza asked for it and it wasn't put on the order form then surely it is the dealers fault?

Heartlands Ford are rubbish. The saleswoman at the dealer in Erdington wasn't very helpful at all, incredibly reluctant to let me test drive the car and at one point she suggested that unless I was going to buy the car on the day wouldn't allow me to do so. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
