Rattling noise

Hi, 

I’ve been hearing a strange rattling noise from my fiesta that is inconsistent. Sometimes I can hear it then I might not for days. 
I’ve taken it to a garage and they can’t seem to find the issue. Initially they bought it was a plastic pipe that had come loose tapping against a pipe but that has been secured and it’s still happening. 
The noise seems to be coming from the front of the car. Wheels, exhaust etc have all been checked  

Any ideas?
