problema com o sync

boa tarde, será que alguem me pode ajudar? tenho uma ford focus 2019 e a uma semana fiz actualização do sync e a partir dai o relógio quando dou a chave de manhã adianta uma hora, já tentei de tudo e volta sempre ao mesmo.a hora de almoço quando dou a chave atrasa 1 hora. já mexi em acertar hora por gps e nada.
