Abs sensor wire

Hi, got a 2012 MK3 focus, it had an abs error which knocked a few other sensors off and forscan gave an error in the right side abs so replaced the abs sensor and it's not removed the error, I checked the abs plug on the wire that goes up in to the wheel arch and the internals look a bit rusty so looking to replace this.

I have tried to find the part no but struggling to find an exact part, can anyone help, also is it easy enough to change the wire?
