No song titles on radio

Featured Replies

Hi everyone I hope you can help. I have a Ford Kuga ST 2017 model. I recently took it to the garage for its annual service and since bringing it home have noticed the song names / DJs on my radio stations (Heart/ Capital etc) no longer show. Does anyone know how I can fix this. I’m guessing it is where they disconnected the battery?

Hope you can help

Thank you

Jenna

Are you sure it is on DAB and the garage haven't changed it over to FM ?

No it is definitely on DAB.

Then it is just going to be that the option to display song titles etc. is switched off in the settings.

See Sync3 manual for some basic information: https://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/vdirsnet/OwnerManual/Home/Content?variantid=6078&languageCode=en&countryCode=USA&Uid=G1919931&ProcUid=G1910546&userMarket=GBR&div=f&vFilteringEnabled=False
