Differences between ST-Line X/ ST-Line X Edition and Titanium X /Titanium X Edition

Featured Replies

Just a query regarding the difference between the X versions and X Edition versions of the Focus Titanium and ST-Line

i.e. between ST-Line X and ST-Line Edition (what does the Edition spec add?)

and between the Titanium X and Titanium X Edition.

Also, when were the Edition specifications added to the range?

The Ford UK website only has info about the Fiesta or Ecosport (due to fact that you can't order a new Focus at the moment??)

Cheers

No idea about the Titanium, but in respect of the ST Line X the Edition version has (I think) gloss wheels, LED headlights, keyless entry, digital dash & heated steering wheel. There are ST Line X's like mine though (March 2020) that have the gloss wheels & LED headlights.

'Edition' trims were only available for around a year from the end of 2020 to mid 2021.

Fixed LED headlights are the main difference.  Prior to that it was halogens.

X pack included half leather seats, 17" wheels, powerfold mirrors and a few other bits on Mk4 Titanium.  STLX included 18" wheels.

Are you after any spec in particular?  Many things were still part of option packs, even on X trims.

Thanks chaps

I bought a Dec 2021 Titanium X Edition with metallic paint and 2,300 miles on the clock at the weekend.

Well, when I say me, I actually mean my daughter.

Just seemed simpler to say it was mine!

Why are Ford still selling brand new 2024 built Focus ST Line X Editions?

Did they bring them back again?

Sounds like they must have brought the name back, but that doesn't mean the spec list will be the same.  I haven't kept up with the spec list for the last year or so.

See the attachments for the spec TomsFocus. 😎

Thanks for that.  Looks like a decent spec list.

The concern for me would be the 18" alloys and sports suspension.  The ride will be much firmer than on your Titanium.
