Coolant tank help

So I was driving my car and all was fine the temp was find then I noticed Steam coming from the hood and the coolant tank was boiling and steam was coming out was wondering if anyone knew the Cause I change the thermostat and no help here is a video to help ford fiesta ztec 2005

Can't watch the video.

Chances are either coolant tank is cracked/crazed or the cap pressure spring is weak.  New cap and/or tank needed.

If this car is in the UK you need to change the hood and fit a bonnet, it's got the wrong body parts fitted 🤣

The video shows the coolant boiling (proper bubling) and steam escaping from the cap, yikes!

if it is anything like this:

then it is a blown head gasket. 

mechanic told me that gas was going into the coolant.
