Mk4 cylinder door lock

Hi all, I have an 86 mk4 cabriolet and the driver's door cylinder doesn't work.  I never used to be able to get the key in it, but now I have removed and have got the key stuck in it (luckily I have a spare).  So does anyone know how to either refurb the existing cylinder or know of where I can get a replacement lock?  I don't mind having separate keys if I have to.  I have tried a cheap eBay part and it doesn't fit.

thats great, ill pop in to my local ford garage.  any idea how i get my key out of the lock? and also the lock cylinder out of the housing?  cheers, martin
