I have had every fuse I can find out and tested and are all OK.

Have you confirmed 12v reaching the RCM plug?

No, I haven't checked for 12v at the plug, will make that my next course of action.

If it was me, I would have the instrument cluster professionally reconditioned and tested by a competent company. If it hasn’t been already, it will more than likely need it soon. Then can start chasing again , that is ensuring the BCM isn’t corroded.

Will be getting the IC reconditioned and then go from there.

There's no corrosion on BCM, one of the 1st things I looked at.

Today, finally got time to check power supply to RCM module in fusebox and suprised to find fuse 122 (airbag module) missing.

Replaced fuse and now lights go out as they should.

Still have U1900 error in ic module, but everything is working as it should.

Didn't get round to sending off ic for repair/investigation, will still get this gone.

Appesrs sometime over the winter while the car was SORNED I must have pulled out dashcam fuse splitter and put it back in wrong place. 🤔

Just glad I fixed it, even if I feel a bit of an idiot.
