Handbrake

All done only cost 15 quid.

Is there a right or wrong way for the adjustment. I pulled handbrake up to 5 clicks and lower the 1st bolt to that then the second locking nut.

Excellent! 

That should be fine.  I like to set them up with wheels off the ground.  Totally free with handbrake off, then just touching on the first click. 

But as long as it's not binding when you're on the move then it'll be fine.
