Just to confirm, you found the clutch switch and that's reading on & off correctly?

Yes, there is later software available for the PCM, but it's not 'due' an update as such.  The software updates sometimes cause more problems, so they're only applied when the customer complains of a problem which could be solved by the update.

 

So, as there are no DTC's and the clutch switch appears to work fine, that would suggest that a PCM update is the next thing to try.  On the plus side, you've saved yourself a good chunk of cash using Forscan for the diags. :smile:

Only with your help! Clutch switch is fine. Throttle position switches are fine. Reset and cleared the Pcm. So I’ll be booking it in for an update next week now

Pcm update today. Still no “anti stall” gonna have get used to revving the ***** off it when I’ve got the radio on! And have to start using the handbrake for hill starts!! Haven’t done that since passing my test!
