Suspension Problem?

I have a 1999 escort 16v finesse, recently had a problem with front left wheel.

When I travel over bumpy roads I have a metal knocking noise coming from my front left.

This also sometimes affects the steering under braking.

When car is stationary I have rocked it and no noise has occurred, to me this seems not to be suspension.

A few people have said it may be the bushes gone on the wish bone.

Any ideas and responses would be very grateful.

try wishbone and droplink both should only be 25 pounds total
