Slight conundrum that-Changed the gearboxc in my 1l ecoboost (i'll admit should have got a garage to do it but wanted to give it a try) 

Got the new box in and pressed on the clutch pedal to select a gear-Pedal was stiff and then heard a snap sound 😅😂Not a good sound-cylinder in the clutch medal had split so need to change that, other than than any ideas as to why this may have happend. Now the pedal is spongy with no resistance at all.

In no rush so going to go back through and check everything.

    Possible problem with the clutch Slave Cylinder would be my thoughts.
