    Bumper off, drill out 3 rivets that hold the bracket on, refit new bracket with rivets refit bumper.

    I also need to replace the mounting bracket, is it possible to re-use the rivets or do I need to buy new ones?

    Rivets are not reusable - you need to drill old ones out, then replace with new ones using correct rivet size and a rivet gun. The very fact that you ask this question, I would advise you take it to a local independent garage (NOT Ford) to fit...
