Restraints indicator lamp warning, FordProtect warranty Q?

Got this error on my car last week, and it went off for about 4 days without appearing, it has came back on today as driving to asda for a bit of shopping. 

It never came on coming back from my School placement. My question really is I took out FordProtect warranty Gold service, and when I phoned up to book in with a dealership they claim my Registration is not under warranty and wanted to charge £144 quid... After providing them with my Warranty policy number they then said this is not covered in the Ford Protect. Yet online it claims all Airbags and safety devices are.

I will be phoning them tomorrow to query this, but has anyone else had this issue. Looking online there is two sensors potentially at the front of the car that could be replaced to fix it.
