We have a issue when using the phone where if we ring anyone the person the other end cannot hear us it's so quiet.Also the ford speak system cannot hear us either. I understand the microphone is in the interior light part. I have taken down the light and had a look all seems well however there doesn't seem to be a part number on it anywhere? does anyone have experience in this or now how to fix the issue.
