Hello, We have recently purchased a 2018 fiesta st line. We have a issue when using the phone where if we ring anyone the person the other end cannot hear us it's so quiet.Also the ford speak system cannot hear us either. I understand the microphone is in the interior light part. I have taken down the light and had a look all seems well however there doesn't seem to be a part number on it anywhere? does anyone have experience in this or now how to fix the issue.     Did you buy it from a business or privately? If you bought it from a business in the last 6 months then they should be fixing it.
