Fiesta 1.6 tdci Hope someone can help or had similar issues

Featured Replies

Hi all I'm new to all this hopefully someone can help. My fiesta 2014/15 1.6tdic 85000 miles is having an issue. Jumping when 1st drive off, also at around 50 to 70 feels like its missing a beat. I've replaced with new, EGR valve, all 4 glow plug. all 4 injectors (new) Mass and map sensors. fuel pressure sensor. also its had full service had a regeneration carried out. no lights on dash no faults showing when plugged in to computer at garage.

Have you the fuel and air filter and check for air in the fuel line.

I've just fitted an online primer pump with clear pipes and was amazed with the amount of air there was in there

If the garage was an independent (not a Ford dealer) then their diagnostic computer will be of the generic type, meaning that it will not read any Ford specific DTC's. This is a common problem and often leads people to think that there are no codes stored.

You can use a programme called FORScan and read the Ford specific DTC's which will give you much more of an idea of the cause of the problem.

Yes it does..

I did contact the seller and asked if it was OK to leave online and told yes it was

Search for this number on ebay

It came with the correct connectors for my fuel filter but tighten them before fitting as they weren't tight
