2003 Mk6 Windscreen washer problem

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I have a 2003 MK6 Fiesta and have a problem with the screen wash (front and back).  The pump does work but water just dribbles out, also with hoses disconnected.  Is there a filter on the pump that would need cleaning, if so how do you access the pump?

Yes, there's a filter on the pump.  It can be accessed by removing part of the wheel arch liner.

Perfect, thank you.  Is that on the passenger side arch?

Yes, assuming RHD.
