Anybody know how a layman can tell if my Dec 2013 Fiesta Zetec 998 cc petrol is an eco boost engine? Nothing on car boot, V5 or sales document to say one way it is but on phoning local garage they say if its a 1 ltr it is.

    The 1.0l is the ecoboost engine,

    On the drivers B pillar they should be a decal that should say the engine model and power output in PS, it might say FOX which is the ecoboost engine, turbo versions will be 100ps or 125ps, non turbo I think is 70-80ps
