Ford Fiesta Mk7 Footwell Light

Hello 

I just bought a Ford Fiesta Mk7 for my brother

And i discover that it has footwell light that dosent work and i find a cable disconnected i dont know if its of the footwell or not can someone help me whats the problem 

I changed the light bulbs but still not working

    If the bulb holders are there it should work, or may need configuring on in BCM (which I've never heard of)

    Just make sure you have the correct bulbs

    i tried too many bulbs and still no result

    in the end i checked with a multimeter and no power coming from the bulb holder

    May need switching on in the BCM, using FORScan then

    They're only on when the interior light is on

    the other interior lights are on even when i let them automatic the moment door opened
