Thanks a lot. I didn't know that forum. I will ask to see if anyone knows 😅

All of your configurations look correct

BCM (not asbuilt) for auto locking with speed

I don't have BCM option, only BdyCM. Is it the same?

I will check it again when I receive the other obd with cable  I bought from Amazon

I check with multimeter the Ohm of rains sensor and it seems that it's working.

Check Volt of the cable and it's okay too.

2 safetys, one in the cabin and one in the engine and are OK too.

But nothing. Any suggest?

Is any chance my headlights cant support auto lights because are not Ford?

I'm sorry, I'm still a bit confused.

Did the car NOT have auto headlamps and you have added a sensor and are trying to get it working?

Have you changed the sensor that was originally fitted? Did you fit the exact same part number sensor?

Why would the headlamps NOT be Ford?

  • Author

The car had auto headlamps, i didn't add a sensor by myself.

The sensor the car has is original and the second I bought is original too.

The headlamps it's not Ford. It's DEPO.

I bought it used  in 2022. It was in Italy until I bought it and had crash and I didn't check it before buying it.

Headlamps, hood, front bumber and left wing aren't Ford, all of them are changed. I don't know if the car came in Greece like this or the store I bought it from did this sh**t.

I am fool I didn't check anything. I saw the car it was like new, I love it, I bought it 😅

Nevertheless, the engine is fine, no damage or something and the rest of the car

Maybe you have some harness damage on the front end harness then, this can happen on impact.

Get the harness checked

The only think I didn't check.

I bought today something I saw (don't know how to call it) on YouTube which I can create new gel pad on the sensor

Gel pad isn't needed for the lights part of the sensor.  That only affects the rain part.

Any ideas what should I do? 😅

In Forscan live data, see if there is a PID for checking the light sensor operation.

Do you have autowipers?  And, if yes, do they work ok?

  • Author

I don't have auto wipers.

I will check it in a few days see what happens 😅

If you don't have auto wipers, the light sensor might be on the dashboard instead of the windscreen.

But the sensor in the windscreen says "light only"

That is definitely the light sensor on your model then.

So next check is to see if you can test it with Forscan.

How can I test it with forscan? I am newbie with the program 🤣

I don't know.  It's been several years since I used Forscan myself now.  And not on anything that new!

If you look through the live data part (with the graph picture) you might find something relating to autolight sensor in the BCM section.

There may also be a proper test somewhere on Forscan as there are specific tests for other parts.

You would just have to keep looking through unless someone else knows exactly where this test is.

I am waiting for another obd vLinker with cable to arrive, maybe tomorrow. I install gel pad to the sensor and waiting to dry. Perhaps in the weekend I will make a try

I don't think the Cable will make any difference, if there was something wrong with your Bluetooth Dongle then FORScan would have told you so.

Here is a link to the an official FORScan how to page. https://forscan.org/documentation_13.html

If you look under BCM you can use the Search Function to save you scrolling, try "Light" and see what comes up.

Under Tests, you can do a BCM Self Test.

Also have a look under Service Procedures. There is one for my Focus called "Enhanced Exterior Lighting Calibration", I'm not sure what that does though.
