So I have a 2012 ford fiesta se hatchback. recently had 02 sensors and tune up done. The issue is, when the car is on headlights will not turn off. The car has no turn indicators or hazard lights. Also the break lights do not come on but the taillights stay lit. Any reason to why this may be?

Check BCM for water damage

Fault with the Body Control Module (BCM).

As Dave has said above, check for signs of water ingress

There was a puddle of water on top of the engine where the spark plugs go. I'm not sure if that has to do the the issue.

Nothing to do with the BCM or the problems you have.

I think you need to get an Auto-Electrician and ask them to take a look at the BCM, which is part of the passenger compartment fuesbox.
