Timing Chain Fiesta mk6 1.3

Featured Replies

Good day.

How long does timing chain last?

Fiesta mk6 1.3

Are there any signs to find out if it is worn out?

ROCAM engine?

Probably about 3,000,000 miles

That's been reduced to 2,999,999 miles to be safe 🤣

Exactly, Rocam engine.

So no issues generally.

Nope, ROCAM was engineered for emerging markets, poor oil quality, infrequent (if any) oil changes and poor fuel, plus dusty climates

They're pretty much nuclear bomb proof

To know if and when timing chain requires change.
