MK8 Fiesta 1.1 Ti-VCT

Featured Replies

Hey everyone, I own a MK8 Fiesta with the 1.1 Ti-VCT that was equipped with and LPG installation from factory. On the technical sheet it claims that it has 75hp, however, the regular version of the 1.1 engine (petrol only) offers 85hp.
Do any of you think that flashing the stock map from an 85hp to mine is viable? Or is it too far fetched? I am unsure if the fuel-air ratio is the same in LPG and petrol.
Cheers,

Chris.

85PS map won't recognise the LPG system, that's why it's detuned to cope with LPG

Can someone make adjustments to your lpg software?

Usually lpg software doesn't require adjustments (or it does very few) when the car is remapped/tuned.

But it should better be checked with the lpg software.

But as Dave mentioned, i dont know how/if it would work on a factory lpg system.

So better ask the mechanic in the workshop.
