Losing Power after releasing clutch quick

Hi, I’ve had my mk7 fiesta 1.5 tdci for nearly a year now, and I’ve noticed for the last 4 months that when I quickly release the clutch, I lose power like I don’t have a turbo. When I turn it off it leaves the fan on max for a while like it’s over heating. Has anyone had the same problem or similar?
